描述：客观分析新组建的徽商银行所面临的环境,制定相应的发展战略,应对银行业激烈的竞争,是一个值得研究的金融管理课题.文章运用SWOT分析法,对影响徽商银行发展的主要因素进行了客观分析,提出了徽商银行发展战略,并制定了相应的战术实施方案.The banking industry is facing more and more intense competition;therefore,it is of great value to formulate the proper development strategy for HuiShang bank on the careful analysis of its environment to gain sustainable development.This paper makes an analysis of HuiShang bank by resorting to the SWOT analysis.On this basis,the main factors affecting the development of HuiShang bank are listed in a logical way.Moreover,this paper makes corresponding tactics and comprehensive executive programs so that the strategies can be easily comprehensible and accessible.
