The traditional Zhejiang merchants' spirit not only has the shadow of times, but also is beyond the times, which is the unification of times, regions and transcendence, containing much rational connotation. The modem Zhejiang merchants should comprehend and assimilate the tradition in order to form the brand new rational spirit.
